How you can join in

If you've got this far you probably agree with us on the right to know the country of origin of the kind of consumer goods we feature. You might also agree with proper labelling in the food industry, and in clothing, and more areas too.

So how can you contribute? Well, if it's just the occasional new product, please check if it's on the site first using the quick search, and if it's not then send us the details – the brand, product name or reference, and the category it belongs in. You can tweet them to @madeinnations.

If you've got a few more, there's probably one of our Facebook country groups you could post them on as comments, especially if you also want to post links to comments or articles. The groups are all called something like Made In USA#, and all have a hash at the end. We take data from them directly.

If you'd like to become a regular contributor, why not join our site? It's really easy, and then you can access the fast-track product entry form, so you can add a product in seconds. After it's verified it'll be added to the site database and show up in the results of a search. See Log-In/Sign On for more.

We're happy to credit all contributors who add more than 50 products with a mention on the site, where they can display contact details or Facebook/Twitter addresses.

However you choose to contribute, remember you are helping build the world's first global country of origin resource for consumer goods. Lots of people are going to find it very useful.
